1. Agreement to Terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any training session booked with Inverix ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Standard Street 23, Nairobi 00100, Kenya. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
2. Use of the Service and Acceptable Use
This website is provided to describe our training sessions and to allow enquiries and bookings through the contact form. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, misrepresent your identity when booking a session, or use content from the site in a way that infringes the rights of Inverix or others.
3. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, and design elements on this site are the property of Inverix unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
4. User Obligations
When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Materials shared during a session — scripts, recordings, or planning documents — remain your property; we ask only that you credit Inverix if excerpts from a session note are shared publicly.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Training sessions are provided on an advisory basis, drawing on established practice in audio reporting, broadcast scriptwriting and podcast editorial. We do not guarantee any particular publication outcome, audience response, or broadcast acceptance resulting from a session. To the extent permitted under Kenyan law, Inverix's liability for any claim arising from these terms or a booked session is limited to the fees paid for that session.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the use of this website or our services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court of Kenya as applicable by subject matter and value.
